Vegan Matcha + Chia Seed Pudding

1 can of coconut milk

2 tblsp chia seeds

2 tsp honey/maple syrup/ or agave

2-4 tsp matcha powder

1 tsp vanilla


combine these ingredients and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.


Add to a bowl +

top with your favorite fresh fruit!
