1 can of organic coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tblsp honey or maple syrup
2 tblsp chia seeds
combine these ingredients in a bowl and let rest overnight 😴 ( or at least 2-3 hours)
the next day add scoops of chia pudding to a bowl and top with your favorite delicious fruits + drizzle with honey.
